  I was so heavily affected by this movie...I couldn't stop thinking about it for days. The way Jimmie and Montgomery's relationship unfolds like it is it's own storyline (it takes such a refreshing and genuine take on platonic, male affection)...how Jimmie's past is revealed to him in full colors by Mont without ending their relationship (his repressed trauma coinciding with the film's commentary on racism and gentrification, and how they are represented through the house as well as San Francisco…
