Promising start, loved the castle sequence but felt disappointed by large chunks. The strange thing is though I enjoyed it
I went to see this alone (first time i’ve done this) and loved it. I think the rating was slightly inflated by this experience but in a film all about the experience I find it ironically appropriate.
Mr Fiennes was incredible. I liked Anya Taylor Joy too who somehow becomes even more beautiful whenever I lay eyes on her.
