okay look, visually this is a great film and the sound in it is incredible. On a technical level, I absolutely understand why it’s so highly rated.
But as a viewer… this is just not enjoyable to me. I know this is based on a true story, so I’m not going to label it as a film that is “traumatic for the sake of trauma”. However, you do get the feeling that because it’s based on real events, the filmmakers didn’t…
