Talk to Me 2022
What a great visual take on addiction, this movie can be analyzed for deeper message, or be enjoyed surface value as an incredibly uncomfortable thrill ride.
Either way, fantastic. I saw this a few weeks ago and it’s one of those rare gems that I can’t get out of my head and I’m so excited to see what direction the sequel takes.
As a side note I would love to see any member of this cast in other projects, fantastic performances all around.

As a thriller, this movie was very compelling. There were loads of moments I was on the edge of my seat. Do I understand the ending? No, I do not. Do I want the aliens to cure all my childhood trauma and take me dancing? Yes, yes I do, and I feel like that’s not what the director wanted me to walk away with.
This would’ve been better as a straight forward alien invasion film, and the whole backstory element could have been scrapped.
