2.5/3rds of this movie is amazing. Chris nolan Chris Nolan’s over the screen for 2 hours, I was expecting the magic in this movie to be nothing more than practical illusions and it is, and it’s great for the first two thirds of the movie until they introduce the clones in the back half of the film. Putting something so unbelievable in a grounded film like this really pulled me out of the film. It’s like if you put a time travel device at the end of Oppenheimer. Anyways, good movie, but the twist doesn’t make up for the fact there were shlocky clones.

Blade Runner 2049 2017
Visually stunning, the locations and atmosphere are characters in of themselves. The only complaint was the addition of the “revolution” at the end, it felt shoehorned in and I could’ve done without it.
