  I remember having a friend who would always insist on watching this movie everything me and my brother would be at his place.

  Is it stupid? Yes.
  Is it funny? For the first half, sorta.
  Will I ever watch it again? No.

  I've been conflicted with this film for a while and I should preface I admire the sheer boldness of the direction Jarman went with this piece.

  The story itself is told through atmosheric audio and poetic writing, and is best experienced as one would experience listening to music.

  Part of film as an art form is the use of audio AND visual storytelling. Without those it becomes a different medium, and although I do believe this is a great piece of art, it doesn't quite hit the mark as a movie.
