  SODERBERGH!!!! Very in his element. Did his job and we are all better for it. (90 minutes only? hell yeah.)

  Really exceeded my expectations. Had so much fun watching this one. When people think of a sexy thriller, THIS should be one of the examples.

  Had a blast.

  Not his best. Director Bong wanted to do a lot of things I can tell and didn’t exactly accomplish all of them but the effort and care was there and I enjoyed it all.

  It could’ve gone the heavy route but the many comedy moments I think enhanced everything.

  Acting performances A+.

  Glad Director Bong made this in the sea of remakes and Marvel.

  a safe movie to watch with your parents.

  if you liked walk the line, you’ll like this.

  pretty straightforward on what the conflict was and performances that were just fine. Not bad, not mindblowingly amazing, ya know?

  (Can’t believe that this is the SECOND movie that Mangold filmed a scene where the man sings “it ain’t me babe” with the person he’s cheating with while his partner looks on and decides in that moment to break it off. the other movie being mangold's WALK THE LINE.)

  love a movie that takes big swings. love nicole kidman continuing to participate in projects that she WANTS to participate in.

  (imo - i thought it could've taken bigger swings and felt like it was almost holding back? despite this small criticism, i was still locked in.)
