Love the cold open--contemporary and innovative.
Primo's a fucking red flag, egocentrically manipulative as ever. But perhaps Tita Lola was the real antagonist here, charot.

I was wondering bakit kailangan umuulan pag may strong heartfelt scene between the two of them. I figured it must be symbolism for George's turmoiled feelings toward Primo. Tulips are definitely a symbolism as well…

Maybe Today 2022
Sana nanonood na lang ako ng gig ng mayonnaise.
Disappointed. Don't know why I had expectations for this, maybe because the cinematography was good and part of the movie was about college, but it became cliche as the story progressed. I legit was thinking wtf is this. And the shaky shots? Dizzying. Sorry.
Not too bad, overall, just disappointing to me.

Ang dark daw ng film—true, literal dark because of low lighting. 😩
The plot’s conflict is giving 13-Reasons-Why vibe--a girl taking her own life then blaming others for it. Ending's like a Black Mirror twist.
Good parallelism on Lyra's childhood encounter to present--on witnessing a man, presumably his dad killing their "dog," where the man gestured "silent" as lyra seemed to obey--doing nothing after witnessing an evil act.…
