Devil in the Family: The Fall of Ruby Franke 2025
I grew up finding the Franke family extremely interesting. Not because of their ideals, but because there was such obvious fabrication to their image. Having the whole picture reveals just how much this story epitomizes the unique-to-the-21st-century evils that I have found captivating since I stumbled upon family vlogging at ten years old. And of course (just for good measure), if Kevin wasn’t expelled from his own home like a fucking coward, he would have gone along with whatever delusions Ruby was transfixed by at the moment. Utah is a goddamn dystopia.
