Piece of trash, there’s no other way to say it. It bases its story on prejudices and fake ideas of what Mexico is, it doesn’t matter if it’s not a documentary since it used a sensitive topic, making it a musical it’s horrible enough already which takes the seriousness of it, but to mix it irresponsibly with trans topics and then treating it in a way where it tries to humanize such a horrible crisis just shows how little the director cared about Mexico and the story he is trying to portray, or more like he is twisting to his own advantage
