Life Is Beautiful 1997
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
This movie made me really fucking sad and inspired at the same time. At first, it was entertaining, and actually pretty funny. I actually laughed out loud a few times. But the ending made me cry nonstop. I think this isn’t necessarily a movie about the Holocaust. I think it’s a great reflection of the human condition. The movie essentially depicts how we humans use games, humor, metaphors, and music to cope with suffering.
