IF 2024
“Pretty wholesome”
IF is a pretty wholesome film. I like its premise; the idea of humans trying to “reassign” imaginary friends after their children have grown up is quite interesting.
The IFs themselves are quite funny too. The voice actors, particularly Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Steve Carell, Bradley Cooper and Sam Rockwell, nail their line deliveries. John Krasinski also did quite a good job writing the dialogue. Many of the lines made me laugh.

Inside Out 2 2024
Inside Out 2 is a great sequel. I like that it continues the creative visualisation that its predecessor had, using features like the “stream of consciousness” or the “sar-chasm”.
It’s interesting how majority of this film takes place in a 3-day hockey camp that Riley participates in. Many of the conflicts she faces and the decisions she makes are relatable.
