How do you move on when everything keeps changing?
Flow is a beautiful, simple, and yet very emotional story. The animals in the film are distinctly animals, but they are given just the right amount of humanity to drive the plot. The quiet moments of the film effectively juxtapose the stressful ones. The feeling of being lost on this journey with the cat comes across as grounded and natural. We need more films like this.

The Monkey 2025
Soulless and about as deep as a kiddie pool, this "horror comedy" managed to be neither funny nor scary. The characters have roughly one personality trait each, the twists and turns are fairly predictable, and there is a general lack of dramatic anticipation. There are many gory, violent deaths, but considering they are each given little to no buildup, there is no sense of payoff.
