Waitress: The Musical 2023
Watched on Pi Day, which felt very appropriate.
Four stars because I am a sucker for anything including the actor Christopher Fitzgerald. Also think it does a good job of humanizing “messy” domestic violence survivors.
Have seen this show live before and grateful there is now ann accessible recording out there for everyone to enjoy.

I briefly fell asleep in the middle of the movie but like in a good way, like I was cozy and wrapped up in the nostalgia of my youth.
Was not expecting there to be a focus on AI and humans relationship to technology. Spoiler alert: I’m glad Wallace started petting his dog’s fucking head by the end of the movie.
