The Fast and the Furious 2001
Honestly one of the worst movies I’ve seen in a while. The kind of acting a high school kid pulls off in the hallway for a school project. There were several times when I actually pondered whether I was watching a spoof of a real movie. Truly puzzling that someone actually watched this and thought, fuck it, lets make 11 more.

Truly one of the unsung movies out there. From character development to the authentic fight scenes, this film does everything well. Is Tom Hardy’s character arc a bit unrealistic? Sure. Does he possess superhero-like abilities at times? Probably. But it all adds to the drama of the movie. Great watch, definitely recommend.

Al Pacino’s pre game speech still gets me ready to run through a brick wall every time I listen to it before a leg day and Jamie Fox was spot on in just about every way.
