A Christmas Carol 2009
A simple but heart warming story, the depictions of human selfishness felt very real and similarly how scrooge changed in to a selfless man felt very real as well. The animation and dialogue have a sincerity to them that is lost in modern animated movies, and i appreciated the Christian centric music and themes.

Although the movie has very vibrant and expressive animation, the quirk chungus reddit millennial humor is distracting, unfunny, and over done. It has no place in a children's movie and if you were to remove the quippy jokes and excessive slap stick bits you're left with an extremely bare bones plot that you have already seen done better before.
