Watched this in theatres when I was 15 and begged my mom to come with me bc it was rated R. Then I was compelled enough to read the book … overall I was definitely seeing this story through Elio’s naive perspective. Now watching at 22 I see Oliver for who he truly is and it makes me feel kinda sick inside lol. Crazy how things can change with time and age. Still a great movie, just feeling like I’m watching as truly untended now. Sad to see this misconstrued in some of these reviews.

Return of the Jedi 1983
This one had perhaps the best creatures, critters, and freaks alike. The little blue elephant guy playing the piano at jabba the huts secured #1 for me but the ewoks are a close #2. Chewie remains my favourite of course. Also get me to that woodland party!
