Really beautiful cinematography/color-grading. I feel like maybe Wkw just isn’t quite for me. I can see what the point of his work is; to paint the impression of a feeling or emotion. Oh my god. The last big scene was so deliberately uncomfortable. The handheld camera really fucked me up. Apparently some reviews of this film call it overly depressing, but I’d argue otherwise.
