Arguably the best gunplay action movie ever made. As a person who is constantly frustrated by incorrect gun handling and tactics in film, it is so satisfying to see a movie dedicated to getting it right and doing so with expertly choregraphed and executed action stunts that are amazing and compelling to watch. It helps you forget the film only has the merest hint of a plot. Keanu’s commitment mentally and physically makes this a must see for any action aficionado.

Gladiator II 2024
Compelling and cinematic gladiatorial fight scenes cannot save this movie from feeling a bit long for the story. Denzel Washington transforms mediocre scenes into high drama and steals the movie. Paul Mescal plays it too subtle and his character ends up feeling flat. Worth seeing but don’t expect a repeat of the quality of the original.
