  Jason Robard ran a 4:18 mile as a junior in high school, around 1950. His son also went to the same school as my dad — Jason stopped by once to talk to the students about acting.

  I don’t know man, I love this movie. The pacing feels like journalism, the imagery is epic, just all around fantastic.

  Unfortunately, I fell asleep this time so had to bump a half star

  I kind of dig the times when I leave the theater and feel like an absolute idiot. Not an Inception mind-fuck feeling, but just genuine stupidity.

  Tár made me feel this way, so perhaps that’s why I loved it.
