    “If dreams can’t come true, then why not pretend?”

    I recommend this to everyone I know every October. If I only got to watch one spooky season movie, it would be this one (even though it’s actually a miniseries). It’s deeply funny, beautifully animated, and just heartwrenching enough to keep you on the edge of your seat. I have a lot of thoughts on this show generally, but last night’s viewing just left me with a very warm content feeling; it’s autumn again and the world is still turning.
