Failure to Launch 2006
The animal subplot was…. odd. In a way i didn’t think was necessary. They felt like the only parts that allowed this to be considered a rom com, however it was not related to the romance. Maybe if they were both wronged by animals we could have drawn parallels?? (MBTA mention tho) And his backstory def feels like it should been included in the initial “contract” brief… could have been relevant for everyone sooner.
Fave moment was Kathy Bates line at the end about living alone with her husband! Lets dive into that
