Interstellar 2014
This film is a deeply emotional one. If you're not ready to cry up at least your liver, if not all of your guts, don't watch it. This emotional kick in the head is an exploration of love, time, and the human spirit. It's more than just traditional science fiction, because it'll leave you wondering about the vastness of the cosmos in a way that might be a bit too much to process. The score to this movie is phenomenal - thank you Hans Zimmer, for making me weep over cornfields. This movie is magnificent, just like us. 10/10.

An intense, primal, provocative social commentary on motherhood, identity, and societal expectations. A true film in every sense of the word. It relays an emotion that I will never fully grasp, not even on my very tiptoes, and yet this is the closest I've come to feeling it. Painfully raw, profoundly challenging, and consumingly visceral, Nightbitch is, at its heart, a love letter to sacrifice, contradiction, and ferality. I loved this film. 10/10.
