Never would I ever think a kids movie would be this sad. Been crying for like 45 minutes. Maybe I’m just in my luteral phase. One of those “hard to say goodbye” kinds of pain the characters experience.
Sidenote: The visuals and the art style in this movie are beautifully done and the music during the entire movie are “award worthy” dream works is really the goat
I am the biggest fan of horror movies, im literally at a loss for words when trying to explain how insanely detailed and precise this movie is. Everything from the words etched into walls, the shines of light being the spirit of the demon, the cult manipulating the family to preform the ritual. I could literally go on forever… Everything is just on point. Watch it once, go watch a video essay on it then rewatch it it’s just wow.
