The Bob's Burgers tv show is the type of show that could fairly easily be a live action show. Like, they don't often justify animation by doing things that can only be done in that medium. The MOVIE, however, very clearly showed you why this story had to be a cartoon and it worked very well! Not to mention that 2d animation is not seen in cinema very often anymore and it is GORGEOUS!

How did a lesbian couple get pregnant on an alien planet? Did their society develop sperm banks THAT quickly? Did they do the ol' turkey baster method? How did they ask someone to let them use their sperm? That HAD to have been an awkward conversation! Plot holes, people! Plot holes!

Okay, this movie is hilarious and moving just like everyone says but I feel like it gets too rediculous at times so that it loses the audience. It also takes way too long to get you to the point where you really have an idea what's happening. That being said, it's ambitious and it works for the most part but not at all times.

Whether or not you believe Jesus was God, this movie does a phenomenal job showing the horrors of Roman crucifixion and what an innocent man went through because others were a lil upsetti spaghetti. It's real. It's disgusting. It is meant to be hard to watch.

I understand that this is telling a specific story as accurately as possible however since it's just his arrest, trial, and execution, it doesn't feel like there is a lot of conflict. You know…
