I mean I guess I had fun but this is Bong Joon Ho’s worst screenplay by far. The conflict is pretty vanilla and most of the characters are extremely underdeveloped. The movie also holds your hand way too much there’s a lot of telling and not enough showing. The filmmaking quality was decent enough but I don’t know, I feel like Bong Joon Ho should stick to Korean movies because they’re always so much better than his English ones

A little melodramatic and cheesy at parts, but an undeniably exciting watch. I'm a sucker for courtroom dramas and this has got to be one of the most carefully crafted I've ever seen. Some truly incredible performances all around. I could listen to Jimmy Stewart question witnesses for days and never get bored

Incredibly well-made; strikes a bleak, depressing tone in a realistic way without overdoing it the way a lot of media does. And I know that it's news to no one, but Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones are fucking superstars. It genuinely freaked me out how immersive their performances were. I've never seen an on screen pair like their two characters, the range of emotion their journey takes you through is intense. One of the best shows I've ever seen, hands down
