i read the book and i honestly cannot think of a worse film adaptation of a book. at no point in this did i understand what was going to happen next. i think this was a very poorly done interpretation of something that was genuinely a really interesting intellectual allegory and somehow both the book and the movie are horrifically racist in completely different ways?? i still can’t tell what exactly the theme of this film was. why did they put a random woman in there? this might have been the worst movie i have ever seen
