You People 2023
As a movie with Eddie Murphy… I thought it would be funny. Unfortunately it turned into a cringe comedy with what felt like forced scenarios. The message is good, just bad execution unfortunately. Lastly there was really no connection between the main characters and it really was all setup kinda fast.

Story wise, it was ok. The whole movie is a whirlwind with tiny holes puncturing it. The family moves to stay safe but ends up essentially back where they started which create holes that feel unfilled. A new batch of characters are introduced, but left underdeveloped and underutilized. Some feel out of place while others leave you in bewilderment.
