    George Lucas could've been driving through Harlem blasting Sing Sing Sing but instead he chose to watch this movie. And the consequences have been disastrous ever since...

    But overall a fun and enjoyable Samurau film. The biggest downside is that this film can't be divorced from it's influence on Star Wars. That being said it was fun seeing the comparisons this and Star Wars. Makes me want to write my own film that boils either this or some other classic…

    To all the Twilight girlies I probably made fun of in elementary/jr high school, I'm sorry I get it now. (I had gotten it already with The Batman but I get it more now). Park Chan-Woo was right, Rob really deserves a best leading and best supporting actor Oscar for this movie. Such a delight, we need more autuers to get more blank cheques so we can get more movies like this. Love me some goofy sci-fi with a funny guy, little goober creatures, and a (semi) subtle political undertone . We need more of those please.
