Mickey 17 2025
came into this with absolutely ZERO expectations…. and i can surprisingly say that i kinda liked it. not realizing the director created one of my fav movies of all time “parasite” it makes since why it oddly fit together. robert pattinson is always gonna deliver no question there but the fact that the lead actress was a black women and actually an important character was chefs kiss. the movie did lack in sum spots and felt it was overly long but i really did enjoy this more than i thought i would.

there’s no doubt “jon batiste “ is one of the greats when it comes to jazz but this documentary was EXTREMELY unfulfilling. It showed little to none about his life as well what really irked me is every time he was at the hospital with his ill wife he seemed almost happy or content idk really weird lol but the lady was right when she said he looks like he’s stuck in pharrell’s happy music video 😂😂
