I just don't know what I'm supposed to be.

It's a moving, heartbreaking - but encouraging at the same time -, fun and beautiful movie. Now I need more of Sofia Coppola.

A friend told me that when she finished watching this movie she was still the same person, and that's how she knew it was a bad movie. I disagree. This film changes the way you look at everyday life, it fills you with despair, unease and a deep awareness of decadence. So please don't watch it if you're having a shitty day, trust me it's not a good idea.

Lines I should have remembered at a certain point of the movie but I didn't:
- Mark: Dude. You could be getting that girl pregnant right now.
- Pelle: And don’t forget all the Swedish women you can impregnate in June.

I felt the horror and the stomach ache in crescendo the entire film, sensations I would gladly experience again. I love this movie!

I started my 22nd birthday watching this movie and I'm glad I did.
Y tu mamá también combines a great description of both Mexicos (which may apply to any latinamerican country as I see it), with a realistic perspective about sex matters, and male friendship. I'd watch it again on my next quarantine birthday...

I wasn't aware of the many fears I have until I watched this movie. Curtis shows us what it is like to deal with a mental disorder and at the same time how terrifying it is to lose the fragile stability we have in our lives, but also how easy it is to do so. Current times are messy times to live in.

This movie has one of the greatest final scenes I've ever seen and a glorius Michael Shannon.

"But if you want true love, then this is it. This is real life. It's not perfect, but it's real."

This movie definitely resembles love a lot more than I would like to admit.

This movie is like a hot chocolate cup for a Sad-turday night.

I have never felt so much that a movie is a portrait of life as I know it, as I did with this one.

Tanto discurso machista empurra o crime para segundo plano. O produtor não precisou nem mesmo se esforçar para tentar romantizar a história de Elize, como muitos afirmam, porque os próprios entrevistados se encarregaram disso com seus comentários. Este documentário me parece mais um retrato do sistema judicial brasileiro, que não é muito diferente de outros, do que um documentário sobre a história de um assassinato.

I hate bloody violence but I love this movie, such a contradiction. Uma Thurman and the soundtrack, just amazing.
