Jurassic Park 1993
It seems Jurassic Park only gets better for me on every rewatch. An absolute masterpiece! Everything about this film is so well done & continues to feel thrilling & inspiring after all this time it's been released. I have the books as well so it's about time I get to reading them!

Ready Player One 2018
I first saw Ready Player One in theaters & rewatched it every other year whenever I got the chance. After reading both books & watching it again now, I still love this movie as one of my favorites! Although it's slightly different from the book, Spielberg & his team creatively adapt it in a way that enhances the experience. With a soundtrack full of classic hits & an original score by Alan Silvestri that's very reminiscent of Back to the Future, I can't help but to constantly revisit this very enjoyable film! I'll always cherish it.

Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
Great visual effects & a slight improvement from the first live action adaptation of The Lion King! This film gives the animals more personality & it's exemplified with excellent camera angles often focused on their expressive tones. Extra points for being an original story about Mufasa this time.

Wonder 2017
Some scenes & stories didn't need to be incorporated in the film but that's okay because it doesn't take away from the quality of the overall story. Many solid performances by the kids as well! The adult actors, most notably Auggie's parents & the principal, were perfectly casted as well. I'll admit, a few moments did elicit strong emotions from me!

Director by Night 2022
This documentary just shows how passionate Michael Giacchino is about the film industry! The way he's always been fascinated with making movies with his childhood friends has finally led up to his official directorial debut. Werewolf by Night was beautifully shot & I'm eager to see what else he can put out!
