    This was such a great watch. The character arc of “Monkey man” Was such a perfect build up. It’s that typical underdog story , looking to get vengeance. With that being said every part was tastefully done, the action scenes were awesome, sound was incredible and there was some beautiful shots with the darkness of the city in contrast with street lights and club lights etc. Dev Patel Killed it , definitely felt some of that jordan peele production. Don't fuck with Monkey Man!

    This was actually such a fun watch, It reminded me of the old Clue movie meets a typical slasher flick. Mix in a bit of psychological thriller and some childhood trauma and you have bodies! This one had me questioning “Who done it” Who was the culprit the entire film. They did a great job with exposure and lighting as a good portion of the movie is in the dark and in the rain.
