  First 2/5ths or so is pretty bad, rest is good. Some seriously on the nose and overly expository dialogue gets irritating really quick, but this definitely maintains the feel of a King adaptation. Great committed performance from Theo James.

  I’ve seen this many times but shockingly enough, I’ve never logged it.

  This is actually the movie that got me into movies. I was the only person who hadn’t seen it among a decently large group of people, so I watched it, and decided that I needed to see more movies.

  I just finished it right before I started writing this, and... okay, this show is not an all-timer, at least not to me. Its fairly strong reputation is absolutely carried by the final three episodes, especially the last.
