An absolute master of the craft, Tarantino hits it out of the park yet again. His original story telling focusing on our nostalgic look back at an ultimately tumultuous and violent time in our history reminds us that nothing ever works out as we planned, no matter how hard we work or talented we are. It is his love letter to Hollywood and all that it has provided him, and his set…

High octane and incredibly immersive, Adam Sandler delivers a career best performance as the degenerate gambler and sleazy Jewish jeweler Howard Ratner (great name). Kevin Garnett also shines with his surprisingly solid performance. Lakeith Stranfield as usual plays his odd character perfectly. I'm really not sure how or why I haven't watched this yet, and I am glad that I finally did. The intro scene was great and a great hook for the rest of the movie, even the animated intro sequence with Adele's song playing was mesmerizing. All the action set pieces were well put together, the production design was fantastic, and the villain was perfect. It was really enjoyable!
