The Lobster 2015
Very blunt, dry and odd humor but I loved every bit of it. The story was very unique and did not necessarily drag on at any point. The cinematography/camera angles and visuals were great and the acting definitely correlated with the overall feel and mood of the movie. I really like the extremist ideas in the movie as they were the meat and potatoes that gave the movie its plot and direction. This is a solid and watchable film for sure.

The Village 2004
The first half of this movie was fairly slow in my opinion, but, my 3 star review does not necessarily reflect how I feel about it. The cinematography was spectacular, the acting was solid and the plot was respectable. I give it three stars, however, because this is definitely going to require either A. A second watch-thru or B. A Wikipedia scroll-thru. Solid movie though, and I have no doubt the second time I watch it I will appreciate it more.
