Every scene in the first half is a visual masterpiece, however the story drops in intensity and realism towards the end to deliver a mildly anticlimactic ending.

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie 2023
Definitely worth watching for fans of the show. Animation is great though the pacing is abhorrent. Some of the songs were emotionally and thematically fitting while others just dragged the runtime. An average film, though it has its moments, where it spikes in quality. However while it does improve on many flaws with the show, it could still do better with minor changes

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 2023
Film excels in almost all aspects, animation is better than the original and action sequences are even more dynamic and exciting. Characters are also built upon really well, naturally continuing on from the previous film. However large parts of the story and world building of the wider spiderverse are poorly explained and the film ending on a cliffhanger is a little unsatisfying, especially since many plot points are left unresolved. Maybe the third film will solve many of these writing issues, but it shouldn’t have to.
