  Corpse Bride 2005

  My first ever Tim Burton film (I think?) and I did try to like it. But man, this plot is so dumb, it's simple not well written. Besides maybe the bride, there's isn't a character I enjoyed.
  There were some jokes I laughed at, the musical explaining what happened to the bride was good but besides that a really boring flick.

  Just watched this movies for the second time and appreciate it so much more. The acting feels so real, the excitement and then the fear, paranoia and desperation is what makes this movie so great.
  Having been lost with a friend for a few hours at midnight on some wood in the past, I really appreciate the realism this film brings.
  The ending is top notch, not actually seeing the evil is what true horror imo.
  It still has its flaws, it drags a bit, the protagonists plan is a bit dumb but it's still a must watch!

  I don't really know how to explain this movie to someone, it really was something else. After finishing the movie I was dumbfounded by the ending and love it...but...unfortunately after reflecting on the experience i realized the it could've been so much more.
