Fargeat mastered the male gaze in this film and I love how they market Seu's body in this film but it's also seen that her youth is the only thing she can sell that's why people love her for it, they don't love Sue, they love what she brings to them - beauty, youth, body, etc.

finally watched this after seeing eddie redmayne's cabaret performance in the tony awards and boy thank god I've watched it because liza minelli is amazing in this movie - thanks to judy and vincente her talents was showcased in the right vehicle for her oscar winning performance - she can sing (obviously), perform, and act - even her comedic timing is great
