  Similar to saltburn, amazing cinematography but story was definitely interesting.

  It started off very intriguing and what appeared to be great character development but when the 'mean girl' turned into the 'supportive scared girl' it felt like a joke at first. I feel it would of been cool for the audience to know what was going on rather than finding out in real time with the main charcters to build the suspense of waiting for the characters to find out what's going on and also would of provided more time in the tense part, rather than the tense part being the killings.

  Overall, a good movie.

  Super good storytelling and I love how it perfectly captured the life of an expat and the inner workings of home life. Anything with Nicole Kidman is great.

  Good remake but prefer the original. Not the biggest fan of the switch between timelines. I believe a movie like this with several characters is more powerful when it is done chronologically as there is a deeper understanding , especially if this is the first time being familiarised with the characters.
