  one of the good depictions of how patriarchy could also affect men. Diop provides a wide range of perspectives regardless of their preferences toward lovers. what I can conclude from watching this is that their masculinity grips them so tight that if they let lose their emotion by showing to be affectionated and true to themselves, it could mean the end of their world.
