  We watched the whole thing and it never got boring. Wasn’t amazing, wasn’t awful. Has the same kind of survival adrenaline that 27 hours or other films has- accept we never really got to know the protagonist at all. Just an empty vessel that walks onto an empty vessel.

  Now I check behind me all the time to make sure a boat isn’t following me…

  Cute movie even with all the gore. Easily watchable and fun enough. I thought it was ridiculous, campy even. For a roll that could have been extremely goofy, dare I say Cage played it at times restrained, which made his portrayal of Dracula more enjoyable. Awkwafina as the main female lead was nice as she’s not the stereotypical love interest and bad ass cop. While it’s still a movie chalked full of dudes made by dudes, I’ll take what I can get.
