its a very ambitious and masterfully done movie. the mystery unfolds and the movie becomes so naive and heartfelt. the ending score by Ryuichi Sakamoto hits so hard and the actors especially the children who are the heart of the movie are great. all things aside it made me feel so much

This is not a feminist movie and the conversation between characters about social and political state of the world doesnt go anywhere, and the lack of criticism of the society towards bella make her in a sense rebelling kind of shallow. but its very well shot acted and i love the set and sound design. I enjoyed bellad journey a lot but i wished the movie put more emphasis how much the critism of society stops woman from being free
