First time ever seeing any iteration/version this legendary age old tale, and now I understand why it has withstood the test of time and been popular for the past hundred years.
The first half was visually magnificent, artistic greatness. The scene where Thomas runs into the Count's riderless carriage especially stood up to me.
The second half, well, Willem Dafoe steals the show. As he usually does.
And I can't believe that... thing.. was Bill mfking Skarsgård! Makeup department had their hands full!
