  I can totally appreciate why this wouldn’t work for people for a plethora of reasons but I think you really do just have to lean in to it. 

  If the aim of horror, at its core, is to scare then I can’t think of another film that has had me hiding behind my hands for years. 

  It is tedious and parts did have me dozing off but now as I sit alone in my flat I can feel its bleakness seeping in👀
