Very much a male oriented view on the idea of female sexual liberation? Felt superficial and excessive - argued as a “feminist” film but for surrreee liberal feminism (if even) not radical feminism. Bella ‘discovering’ being a human and her body was really just a good 45 minutes of sex catered to the male gaze (no mention of a period or contraception or anything past looking sexy). Emma stone was phenomenal though I must say
