  Just good enough for me to like it. Really good touch points and attempts to tell stories which really matter but done poorly in my opinion. Writing was mediocre at best even tho the history and exploration of racism was important it felt way too packed in and too much for too short amount of time. Emotional moments should’ve hit harder if done better good ideas poorly executed.

  Fuck man I love this movie. So heart warming and literally every young kids dream who grew up playing soccer. Writing is… subpar at best but the emotion hits. I know this just isn’t as good as I think it is but the concept is amazing and having real players fuck I love that. Writing really convenient and like classic arc but I just love this. Also love a freeze frame ending. 3.5/5

  THIS SHIT WAS GAS ASF. Wasn’t as scary as it was made up to be maybe, but my god did it fuck w my mind. A common complaint I have w Nicholas Cage films is j having Nicholas cage in the movie, but this didn’t feel like him and it wasn’t because of his makeup and shit. He just played the character so well. I have so much more to piece together about this but think I need to read…

  I really fucked with this don’t even know the message just great entertainment. So fucked up. The one super long shot just brings out all the emotion. Hartman had a very profound understanding. I’m not quite that witty. Please read his review for insight. Shit was gas tho 4/5 hundo.
