Wish they kept many of the "adult" themes from the novel: The political strife, the assainsations, the complex romantic intanglements, the terrorism, meditations on good and evil, absolutist figures.
I get that they adopted this targetting kids but our teenagers and our children can defintately be exposed to more serious and mature topics, this will make our future generation more complex and capable thinkers. Instead, we just get silly songs and goofy dancing and weird poses which is certainly not a good example to our most impressionable demographic and no productive stimulation which the novel Wicked did have.
