  "i don't have an identity" "i want to die, i want to die" he's TIRED y'all i lost my shitttt.

  it's one of those films that felt "oh good for him" in the end, cuz he's just done with his live and to give up (basically die) is the only way out. also adik's ass in the first 20min gagged me a bit..

  Yasmin Ahmad's work have always been very well thought and crafted. the emotions, sensitivity, and diversity in her work was TRULY IT! never failed to impress me at how good she was at showcasing the true essence of Malaysia. the ost for this specific film really had me since the first time i watched it😭

  her final work...authentically portrays her artistry, talent, and how much of a soulful person she was. it's honestly so sad that we lost such precious gem of our local film industry, way ahead of her time.

  never a dull moment with this movie. a closed factory operation with modern slaves, childhood trauma really do creates creative people (maniacs). also great marketing tactic! he dgaf about em children while making $$$ off of them.
