Breakfast at Tiffany's 1961
One of my favorites movies in world, just because Audrey Hepburn is PERFECT and Capote is able to confront yourself with that inner portion of a character that lacks a home and can't name her cat. Holly Goligthly is a character well developed and played for a young Hepburn.
Even isn't accurate to book (in book, Holly is bisexual and leaves the protagonist at the end) the soft atmosphere, great costume direction and funny scenes makes me fall in love of this movie.

The Colour of Magic 2008
Just love Terry Pratchett's books and maybe because of that I felt like if those movies didn't make justice to the wonderfull multiverse made by Pratchett. I missed the the scene in the Temple of Bel-Shamharoth and the awesome dialogue about the number eigth and its importance during the story.
Anyway, just loved Twoflowers and Rincewind, well played and pretty funny. Christofer Lee is the voice of Death and that's just an awesome surprise.
